Return Policy

How to return:
If you wish to return the product you have 2 weeks after receiving the product. Please send the product along with a copy of the original receipt to the address stated below. You will be reimbursed (not included the freight cost) when the goods have been received and handled, although no more than 10 days after making your return. You shall be liable for paying the return delivery costs as well as for the risk of damage during the transport. The goods to be returned shall contain original labels, be unused, in original condition and packed the same way as when delivered.

Claims/Faulty products
If you receive a damaged or otherwise faulty product you are entitled to exchange the product for a similar one or if no longer available receive a refund for the cost of your purchase. All claims shall be processed within 30 days of receiving the faulty product. Baumgarten Design handles all returns according to Danish law.
